Please place
your order before 12pm for next day delivery (excluding
weekends). This is subject to stock availability.
We can also
offer an Express Delivery Service to Northern Ireland, Isle of
Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands
& Islands. Please allow 48 hours for
delivery.
All deliveries require
a signature. Please give an address at which the parcel can be
signed for on your behalf. If you are not at the address to accept
the delivery, a courier will leave a card with a phone number to
ring to arrange another delivery date.
Overseas deliveries
We can
accept orders from our overseas customers. Please contact our
customer service department on 0870 600 6020 who will advise on
costs.
(BFPO addresses
are treated as UK based delivery costs)
Foreign order
internet prices will not take into account any VAT reductions you
may be entitled to. These will be taken off at Red Direct and a
copy of your ex VAT invoice will be dispatched with your goods.
Shipping Costs will be calculated according to the weight of your
order.

We currently deliver to all UK and European addresses. Please
select your country from the drop down menu when placing your
order. Once selected you will be advised on your shipping
costs. If you wish to place an order for delivery to the rest
of the world, please contact our customer service department

Delivery times
(stock permitting, we strive to deliver your order within the times
estimated below)
Europe 8-10

We can accept no
liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if
the delivery of your order arrives outside the estimated times
stated above.
Returns Policy
If you
are not happy with your Red Direct items please return them to us
within 28 days. We will be happy to make an exchange or a refund
providing the items are returned in perfect condition, and in their
original packaging.
Making
Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If there is a problem with any items you have ordered, please follow the instructions below so that we can put things right as quickly as possible:
Please call 0870 600 6020 or email customer.services@reddirect.co.uk to obtain a Returns Authorisation number.
Enter this number on the returns form (which is included with your order). Complete the rest of the form with details of the item/s you are returning and the reasons why. Please return this form together with the returned item/s.
All goods should be sent back in their original packaging as we cannot offer a refund or exchange on worn or damaged goods. Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot offer an exchange/refund on pierced items of jewellery.
We recommend that you use a signature
service when returning items (i.e. signature post) as we cannot be
held responsible for any items that do not reach us. Please ask at
the Post Office for proof of purchase. We can send a courier to
collect the items, but there will be a standard collection
charge.
